The Role

As a Senior Associate – Growth Marketing, you will be the growth engine for GoNanny. Initially, your primary mandate will be Demand-Side Growth—building the brand, driving visibility among young urban parents, and generating high-quality leads for our services. As we launch our tech product, you will eventually double down on Supply-Side Growth, designing and running campaigns to attract, vet, and onboard high-quality care professionals (Nannies).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Demand Generation & Performance Marketing (Paid Channels)

  • SEM & Paid Social: Strategy, execution, and optimization of paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Instagram/Facebook), and LinkedIn to drive high-intent leads.
  • A/B Testing: Continuously test ad copy, creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting to lower Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and improve conversion rates.
  • Funnel Optimization: Track lead quality and collaborate with the sales/operations team to ensure high lead-to-conversion rates.

2. Organic Growth & Digital Infrastructure (SEO & Website)

  • SEO Strategy: Conduct keyword research and implement on-page/off-page SEO strategies targeting high-intent parental keywords (e.g., best nannies in Bengaluru, toddler care at home).
  • Website Performance: Work on improving website user experience (UX), page load speeds, and landing page conversion rates using tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console.

3. Brand Visibility & Content (Social & Influencers)

  • Social Media Management: Build and maintain an active, highly engaging presence on Instagram, LinkedIn, and community platforms. Position GoNanny as a thought leader in child safety and parental peace of mind.
  • Influencer Marketing: Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with Mommy/Daddy Bloggers, parenting influencers, and pediatric communities in premium urban segments to drive organic trust.

4. The Horizon: Supply-Side Marketing (Future Mandate)

  • Lead Gen for Nannies: Design targeted, hyper-local marketing campaigns (vernacular ads, low-data landing pages, Facebook/WhatsApp community groups) to generate inbound leads for the supply side.
  • BTL & Partnerships: Explore offline/hyper-local partnerships to tap into localized pools of blue-collar/specialized care workforce.

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing and digital growth, preferably in a B2C startup, hyper-local service, or parenting/ed-tech brand.
  • Platform Expertise: Deep proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, and SEO tools (like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz).
  • Analytical Mindset: You don't just look at clicks; you care about Cost Per Lead (CPL), Customer Lifetime Value (LTV), and ROI. Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills are a must.
  • Creative Edge: Ability to collaborate with designers/copywriters to produce high-performing ad creatives and copy that resonate emotionally with anxious parents.
  • Scrappiness: Comfortable working in an early-stage startup setup where processes are built from scratch and agility is prized over rigid structures.
