Managing Group Operations partners with login to issuance (capacity to handle multiple partners)
Interacting with Partners/MPH and internal business teams for closure of pending cases
TAT maintenance of Login to Issuance and requirements closures
Communicating with internal stakeholders/departments involved in login to issuance
Period Training/meeting with partners/sales on Digital enablers and issuance pending cases
Ability to review/ the customer documents/CDF/forms as per underwriting/company requirements

Competencies (Knowledge & Skills)

Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills both in verbal & written
Should have versed with excels & presentations.
Good in problem solving & analytical skills
Detail Oriented & diligent
