Sr. Associate - Financial Audit & Assurance (Statutory Audit)

Role: Associate / Senior Associate – Financial Audit & Assurance

Location: Gurgaon, India

Experience: Looking for qualified CAs with statutory audit experience of 4+ years, preferably from a Big 4 background, who have worked with manufacturing, Engineering, Industrial, energy, Infrastructure, Project-based clients and have had client-facing exposure.

Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA) mandatory and Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.

Flexibility to travel up to 50% (including internationally)

Requirements

We are looking for Chartered Accountants with 4–6 years of India Statutory Audit experience, preferably from Big 4 firms, with exposure to Manufacturing, EPC, Engineering, or Infrastructure clients. Candidates should have led audit engagements (AIC/Engagement Lead) and possess strong knowledge of Ind AS, SA Standards, IFC, CARO and controls testing. Experience with listed entities, limited reviews, IFRS and audit analytics tools such as Power BI, IDEA, ACL, or SQL is preferred. Strong client-facing exposure and audit team management experience are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify key risks in operational and financial environment and develop an understanding of business processes, goals, and strategy to provide analysis and interpretation to management.
• Design and implement comprehensive audits to address the identified risks.
• Enhance and challenge existing audit techniques.
• Develop and promote digital use cases that increase coverage and overall assurance in cooperation with our data analytics team.
• Independently drive assurance objectives during fieldwork, including partner interviews and technical evaluations.
• Participate in meetings with senior management to present your conclusions and recommended improvements.
• Maintain and build your network in various businesses and functions.
• Make use of the unique chance to participate in audits within other practices.
• Conduct your audit engagements using agile audit methodology
