Key Responsibilities:

• Production Monitoring:
• Manage and respond to Datadog and Azure alerts to ensure system uptime and performance.
• IT Change Management:
• Oversee US IT changes, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and minimizing system disruptions.
• Security and Compliance:
• Analyze and address vulnerabilities as identified in NIS Vulnerability Reports and NGC Action Reports.
• Conduct SRT scans and collaborate on penetration testing (PenTest) efforts to enhance system security.
• Manage and secure secrets using Azure Key Vault.
• Infrastructure Management:
• Utilize Azure Resource Management and Azure DevOps for efficient deployment and scaling of applications.
• Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform to automate and optimize processes.
• Service Management:
• Use ServiceNow for incident management, problem resolution, and change tracking.
• Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Azure Resource Management and Azure DevOps.
• Proficiency in Terraform for infrastructure automation.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Datadog and Azure Alerts.
• Familiarity with security practices, including vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
• Understanding of IT change management processes.
• Experience with ServiceNow for IT service management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Certification in Azure or other relevant DevOps certifications.
• Experience working in an agile development environment.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
