Sr Associate Data Analytics

The role involves designing and maintaining data models and frameworks for procurement and sourcing analytics, supporting ETL processes for integrating procurement data into EDF, and identifying and resolving data quality issues to ensure reliable metrics and KPIs for collaborators.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Build data pipelines in Prophecy and Databricks.
• Develop insights with a strong focus on Tableau and Power BI dashboard creation, as well as PowerPoint presentations.
• Guide data engineers on requirements to support dashboards and other business objectives.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses of FP&A and sourcing/procurement data.
• Design and maintain data models and frameworks for procurement and sourcing analytics.
• Support ETL processes for integrating procurement data into EDF.
• Identify and resolve data quality issues to ensure reliable metrics and KPIs for collaborators.

Basic Qualifications

• Master's degree and 1 to 3 years of experience in data engineering, data science, or business analysis. OR
• Bachelor's degree and 3 to 5 years of experience in data engineering, data science, or business analysis. OR
• Diploma and 7 to 9 years of experience in data engineering, data science, or business analysis.

Preferred Qualifications

• 4 years of relevant experience in data engineering, data science, data analytics, consulting, and/or financial planning & analysis.
• A keen eye for design, with the ability to craft engaging PowerPoint decks and develop compelling Power BI and Tableau dashboards.
• Strong Python and SQL Skills.
• Databricks Experience.
• Skilled in tools like Tableau, Python, R, Alteryx, and Power BI.
• Knowledge of global finance systems, Procurement, and sourcing operations.
• Understanding of the Bio-Pharmaceutical and biotech industry trends and operations.
• Flexible work models, including remote work arrangements, where possible.
