The Role

We are looking for a highly empathetic, articulate, and driven Senior Associate – Demand & Growth to own and scale the demand side of our marketplace.

In this role, you will be the definitive voice and face of GoNanny for our prospective families. You will be responsible for engaging with parents, deeply understanding their childcare pain points, and clearly demonstrating how GoNanny can bring peace of mind to their homes. Beyond direct family interaction, you will collaborate closely with our core marketing teams to ensure a robust, continuous pipeline of leads, ultimately serving as our premier Brand Ambassador on the demand side.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Demand & Conversion: Act as the primary touchpoint for inbound leads. Speak with families to understand their unique childcare challenges, empathize with their situations, and effectively communicate how GoNanny's curated ecosystem provides the perfect solution.
  • Act as a Brand Ambassador: Represent GoNanny's premium brand ethos in every interaction. Build deep trust and rapport with polished, high-expectation families, reinforcing our positioning as a true partner in their parenting journey.
  • Cross-Functional Marketing Collaboration: Partner closely with the SEO, Social Media, and Digital Marketing teams. Share on-the-ground consumer insights to help shape high-converting campaigns, build a strong digital brand presence, and ensure a continuous, high-quality lead pipeline.
  • Pipeline & Funnel Management: Track, manage, and optimize the lead-to-conversion funnel. Provide regular updates to leadership on demand metrics, customer feedback, and growth bottlenecks.
  • Customer Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer within GoNanny. Relay feedback regarding family needs, preferences, and concerns to the Supply (Nanny Operations) and Product teams to continuously improve our matching algorithms and service quality.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Experience: 2–5 years of experience in growth, sales, account management, or customer success. Backgrounds in B2C tech startups, premium consumer brands, or EdTech/Childcare sectors are a massive plus.
  • Exceptional Communication: Flawless verbal and written communication skills. You are polished, persuasive, and comfortable speaking with high-net-worth or corporate-professional families.
  • High EQ & Empathy: You genuinely care about the childcare crisis parents face and can navigate sensitive, emotional conversations with grace, patience, and confidence.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Proven ability to work seamlessly alongside marketing and digital teams to align sales narratives with broad-scale marketing campaigns.
  • Builder's Mentality: You thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment. You are proactive, self-motivated, and excited to build processes from the ground up.
