Sr. Associate -Customer Engagement

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position located in Delhi for a Customer Engagement Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, enhancing the overall customer experience, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently. Additionally, you will assist with guiding customers through the sales process, providing detailed product knowledge, and delivering training to ensure customer satisfaction. You will act as a key point of contact, fostering positive relationships and helping promote loyalty to the Mulmul brand.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Experience
• Strong skills in Sales and building client relationships
• Ability to conduct Training sessions to enhance team or client understanding
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Experience in fashion, retail, or a customer-facing role is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience preferred
