Persistency drive- co-ordination with stakeholder (Sales or Partner)
MIS management
Renewal Collection- Approaching customer through calls, email or visits for renewal collection on the allocated base
Managing HNI customer, handling customer queries, complaints and provide resolution to meet organization objective
Analytical Assistance to sales or partners for overall persistency improvement
