Sr Associate -Culture

Tech Mahindra is currently hiring for Culture team based Bangalore :

Qualified HR professionals with 4-6 years experience or exposure to Culture, Employee Engagement, or related HR initiatives is a mandatory requirement .

Other skills required are

1. Strong Communication & Articulation – Good verbal and written communication with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively.
2. Culture Exposure – Prior experience or exposure to Culture, Employee Engagement, or related HR initiatives is required.
3. Data Orientation – Comfort with data, analysis, dashboards, and deriving insights is an advantage.
4. Learning Agility & Flexibility – Open to learning new areas and expanding the scope of responsibilities based on business needs.
5. Stakeholder Orientation & Execution – Comfortable interacting with stakeholders while also taking ownership of backend, coordination, analysis, and execution work as required. This is not a purely front-ending role.
