We are seeking an Sr Associate - Creative with 3 to 5 years of experience, preferably someone who has previously worked as an Art Director at a leading advertising agency. Ideal candidates will have agency experience with reputed firms such as Ogilvy, McCann, Mullen Lowe Lintas, VML, Leo Burnett, Dentsu, Saatchi & Saatchi, BBH, FCB Ulka, or FCB Kinnect.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Driving the visual direction and execution of integrated advertising campaigns across print, digital, social, and video platforms
• Collaborating closely with the copywriter to shape concepts from ideation through final delivery
• Contributing bold, creative ideas, a fresh visual perspective, and meticulous attention to detail

Here are the key requirements for the role:

3 - 5 years of creative experience at a top advertising agency (this is essential)

A strong portfolio that demonstrates high-quality creative work (candidates must provide a link)

A digital-first approach with experience in social media and performance campaigns

The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with other teams

An openness to feedback and a desire for continuous improvement

Preferred qualifications include:

A Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication, Applied Arts, Fine Art, or a related field

Proficiency in:

Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator (Expert level)

After Effects & Premiere Pro (Basic level)

AI Tools: Midjourney, DALLE, ChatGPT, Sora, Runway ML
