Role OverviewResponsible for preparing accurate project costings and BOQs for exhibition booths and event builds, ensuring competitive pricing while protecting margins.
Key Responsibilities- Review design drawings and briefs to prepare detailed BOQs and cost estimates
- Source and compare vendor quotations (fabrication, materials, rentals, graphics, AV)
- Work closely with Project Managers and Designers to ensure feasibility and cost efficiency
- Optimise designs from a cost vs impact perspective
- Maintain updated rate cards, vendor database, and historical costing data
- Support quick turnaround for pitch-stage estimates
- Track estimated vs actual costs post-project for learning and control
Requirements- 2–5 years of experience in exhibition, events, or interior fit-outs
- Strong understanding of materials, fabrication, and production processes
- Proficiency in Excel (BOQs, costing sheets)
- Ability to read basic design drawings (2D/3D)
- Good negotiation and vendor coordination skills
