Key Deliverables:

Design and deploy GxP-compliant automation workflows and applications
Translate business needs into automated solutions using RPA and intelligent automation
Document software development activities including design specs, user stories, and test plans
Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance case intake and data transfer performance

Role Responsibilities:

Automate repetitive tasks using UiPath or equivalent RPA tools
Gather requirements and write user stories in tools like JIRA
Support system validation and testing activities for releases and patches
Drive agile practices including backlog grooming and sprint planning
