We're looking for a Backend Associate to join our team at Gift Nation. The role involves handling backend operations, basic accounts, client coordination, follow-ups, and day-to-day operational support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calling and following up with clients and vendors
- Managing basic accounts and maintaining records
- Handling invoicing, payment follow-ups, and expense tracking
- Coordinating over email and WhatsApp for orders and updates
- Maintaining Excel/Google Sheet trackers and MIS
- Supporting operations and sales teams with backend coordination
- Assisting in quotations, purchase coordination, and documentation
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of accounts/bookkeeping
- Comfortable with client calls and follow-ups
- Kannada speaking preferred
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
- Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
