About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented finance professional will be responsible to drive planning, fund management, compliance, reporting, and operations while supporting strategic decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning & Analysis
- Drive annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Prepare and review financial statements, including Balance Sheet, P&L, and Cash Flow Statements.
- Provide financial insights and analysis to support leadership decision-making.
- Identify financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
Fund & Grant Management
- Monitor cash flows, fund utilization, and liquidity requirements.
- Manage domestic and international grant compliance, reporting, and fund tracking.
- Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for operational and compliance requirements.
- Ensure effective allocation and utilization of organizational funds.
Finance Operations & Compliance
- Oversee day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
- Ensure compliance with Income Tax, GST, Companies Act, and other applicable regulations.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Support audits, regulatory filings, and statutory compliance requirements.
- Manage compliance requirements specific to Section 8 companies.
Reporting & Governance
- Prepare periodic MIS reports and management dashboards.
- Track key financial metrics and performance indicators.
- Present financial reports and recommendations to senior management.
- Monitor and strengthen internal financial controls and processes.
Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve financial systems and workflows.
- Drive automation, process enhancements, and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Utilize advanced Excel and financial tools for analysis, reporting, and financial modeling.
Qualifications Required:
- Qualified or Semi Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- 3–6 years of post-qualification experience.
- Strong understanding of accounting standards, taxation, and financial reporting.
- Experience with GST, Income Tax, audits, and statutory compliance.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
