What Youll Be Doing
Creative ideation : Generating visionary and impactful creative ideas for marketing campaigns and brand strategies that align with client objectives.
Concept to Execution : Create assets, presentations, moodboards, and whatever else is needed to visually communicate ideas and deliver client requests,
Client collaboration : Collaborating closely with clients to understand their needs, explain creative concepts, and present innovative solutions that exceed expectations.
Cross-functional coordination : Working seamlessly across different teams, including copywriters, designers, and account managers, to ensure the successful execution of creative projects.
Market insight : Keeping on top of industry trends and market insights to infuse fresh ideas and perspectives into creative projects.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines consistently.
What You Need
Minimum 10-12 years of professional experience in art direction, preferably in an agency setting.
A robust portfolio showcasing your creative vision, including print and digital design, branding, and integrated campaign work.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor creative teams.
A deep understanding of visual storytelling, branding, and the ability to translate complex ideas into compelling visuals.
Proven ability to work collaboratively with clients and cross-functional teams.
