Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Leadership Strategy

  • Develop and execute creative strategies that enhance brand identity across digital, print, retail, and experiential marketing.
  • Lead a team of designers, visual artists, and content creators to produce high-quality visual assets.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and retail teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all touchpoints.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes to bring fresh, innovative ideas.

Design Visual Communication

  • 360 degrees creation of campaigns, photoshoots, video content, website visuals, social media creatives, packaging, and in-store branding.
  • Ensure a luxury aesthetic and storytelling are maintained in all visual elements.
  • Manage photoshoots and video productions, including mood board development, set design, and styling.
  • Provide hands-on art direction, typography selection, layout design, and final approvals for creative assets.

Team Vendor Management

  • Mentor and lead a team of designers and external creative partners (agencies, photographers, videographers, etc.).
  • Manage relationships with creative agencies, freelancers, and production houses.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring high standards of execution.

Qualifications Experience:

  • 12- 15 yearsof experience in art direction, visual design, or branding, preferably inluxury, fashion, beauty, jewelry, or lifestyle industries.
  • Proven expertise ingraphic design, typography, photography direction, and video production.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
  • Experience leading creative teams and working cross-functionally with marketing and product teams.
  • A strongportfolio showcasing high-end branding, digital campaigns, and creative storytelling.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Understanding of luxury brand aesthetics and customer psychology.
  • Knowledge of print production, packaging design, and environmental branding (retail spaces).
