Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Management:

  • Oversee sales operations through existing active fabricators, builders, dealers, contractors, and architects (as approved for the state/position).
  • Monitor and follow up on punched orders, marketing activities, and stock levels at depots.

Dealer & Client Management:

  • Manage dealer enquiries and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  • Handle outstanding payments and ensure timely resolution of issues.

Team Leadership & Mentoring:

  • Mentor and guide team members to achieve sales targets and improve performance.

Operational Oversight:

  • Ensure smooth execution of sales processes and adherence to organizational strategies.
