Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage end-to-end interior design projects
  • Develop concept designs, layouts, and space planning
  • Prepare working drawings, detailed drawings, and BOQs
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and contractors
  • Conduct site visits and supervise execution work
  • Ensure designs meet quality, budget, and timeline requirements
  • Guide and mentor junior architects and designers
  • Handle client presentations and design approvals
  • Ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously

Required Skills
  • Strong knowledge of interior design principles and materials
  • Expertise in software like:
  • AutoCAD
  • SketchUp
  • 3ds Max / V-Ray
  • Photoshop
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills
  • Strong communication and client-handling ability
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of site execution and vendor coordination
