We are looking for a Senior Architect with proven experience in Plotted Development and Villa Projects. Candidate must be from the Real Estate industry only.

The role involves end-to-end architectural coordination, design oversight, and collaboration with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural planning and execution for plotted and villa developments
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and external agencies
• Ensure design compliance with project requirements, timelines, and regulations

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience in Plotted Development & Villa Development
• Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Good communication and presentation abilities
• 6-7 Years of Experience.
