Sr Architect - High -rise Residential Project

We are actively looking for a Senior Architect experienced in High rise residential projects

Location: Bangalore (Full-time)

Education: B.Arch / M.Arch

Salary: As per industry standards

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:

• 8 years of experience in managing high-rise residential projects.
• Strong understanding of structural, MEP (plumbing & electrical), and architectural drawings.
• Excellent technical, practical, and design accuracy check capabilities.
• Solid knowledge of statutory compliance, building bylaws, and NBC guidelines.
• Experience in a developer's office is preferred.
• Seamless coordination with external consultants and on-site execution teams.
• Ability to consolidate and document architectural requirements and specifications.
