- Lead and develop commercial interior design concepts from schematic to execution stage.
- Prepare presentations, drawings, 3D visuals, and mood boards.
- Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements, functional needs, and branding elements.
- Produce detailed architectural drawings and specifications.
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures aligned with the project scope and budget.
- Collaborate with contractors,and vendors to ensure quality execution.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design intent.
- Work with project management to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Stay updated with trends, technologies, and regulations relevant to commercial interiors.
Candidates must have 3–5 years of experience.
