Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Architect with 12 to 16 years of experience to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Javascript Data Management Functional MDM Architecture and Stibo. Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance is a plus. This role involves designing and implementing robust architectural solutions to drive business success.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable architectural solutions that align with business goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and processes.
- Lead the development and maintenance of data management frameworks to enhance data quality and accessibility.
- Oversee the implementation of MDM Architecture to support data governance and compliance.
- Provide technical guidance and support to development teams to ensure best practices are followed.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve system performance and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain documentation for architectural designs and processes to ensure clarity and consistency.
- Conduct regular assessments of system architecture to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Ensure that all architectural solutions are aligned with industry standards and best practices.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Monitor and manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure successful completion.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions to enhance team capabilities and skills.
- Contribute to the companys strategic goals by delivering innovative and effective architectural solutions. Qualifications
- Possess strong expertise in Javascript enabling the development of dynamic and interactive web applications.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Data Management Functional ensuring efficient data handling and processing.
- Have extensive experience in MDM Architecture supporting robust data governance frameworks.
- Show proficiency in Stibo facilitating effective master data management solutions.
- Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance is advantageous providing domain-specific insights.
- Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Display excellent communication skills essential for interacting with stakeholders and team members.
Certifications Required
Certified Information Systems Architect (CISA) or equivalent certification in MDM Architecture.
