Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Architect with 13 to 17 years of experience in Power Automate Development Power Automate RPA and MS Power Automate. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in data models and will work in a hybrid model with day shifts. This role does not require travel. The candidate will play a crucial role in designing and implementing automated solutions that enhance business processes and drive efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Oversee the integration of Power Automate RPA solutions to automate repetitive tasks and reduce manual intervention.
- Provide technical expertise in MS Power Automate to ensure the successful deployment and maintenance of automation solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective automation strategies.
- Develop and maintain data models to support the automation processes and ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Conduct regular assessments of existing automation solutions to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in automation and data management.
- Mentor and guide junior team members in the use of Power Automate tools and techniques.
- Monitor the performance of automation solutions and implement enhancements as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate it into future automation projects.
- Document all automation processes and maintain comprehensive records for future reference and audits.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Power Automate and RPA technologies to continuously improve solutions.
