Sr Architect

Innovatiview Technologies, specializes in creating immersive, technology-led public experiences across government museums, theme parks, experience centres, digital galleries, zoos, science cities, and interpretation centres.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Creative Visualizer / Senior Architect with a strong architectural background and expertise in 3D visualization, experiential design, and project execution. The role will involve taking concepts from ideation to visualization, detailed design, and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural planning, design, visualization, and execution for museums, experience centres, theme parks, and government projects.
• Develop concept designs, layouts, presentations, working drawings, 3D renders, and walkthroughs.
• Translate concepts, architectural drawings, and storyboards into immersive visual experiences.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, content teams, vendors, consultants, and project teams.
• Support government tenders, DPRs, proposals, and client presentations.
• Manage BOQs, design documentation, site coordination, and execution quality.
• Guide junior architects/visualizers and ensure timely project delivery.
• Willingness to travel across India for site visits and project coordination.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in architectural design, visualization, and experiential design.
• Proficiency in 3ds Max, SketchUp, Lumion, Unreal Engine, V-Ray, Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent tools.
• Strong understanding of spatial design, materials, lighting, scale, and detailing.
• Experience in museums, theme parks, experience centres, interpretation centres, or government projects is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of working drawings, BOQs, vendors, consultants, and site execution.
• Excellent creative, presentation, communication, and team-coordination skills.

Qualifications & Experience

• B.Arch – Mandatory
• Relevant experience in architectural design, visualization, experiential design, or large-scale public projects.
• Experience in government projects and large-scale public infrastructure will be an added advantage.
• Portfolio showcasing relevant work is mandatory.
