Responsibilities
- Follow up on outstanding insurance claims.
- Handle denials and rejections.
- Work on ageing reports and reduce AR backlog.
- Coordinate with internal teams for claim resolution.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with NextGen application.
- Experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) calling in the US Healthcare.
- Strong understanding of insurance follow-ups and claim denials.
- Good communication skills.
