We are seeking a dedicated Sr. AR Caller to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing accounts receivable in the US healthcare sector, ensuring timely collections and resolution of outstanding payments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and follow up on Accounts Receivable (AR) for US Healthcare accounts.
• ****Experience in recon and worked on identifying revenue leakage and aged AR****
• Communicate with insurance companies and patients regarding outstanding payments.
• Resolve billing discrepancies and disputes in a timely manner.
• Analyze account aging reports to prioritize follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate records of all communications and transactions in the system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and resolve issues.

Skills and Qualifications

• 3-10 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or related field, preferably in US Healthcare.
• Strong understanding of US healthcare billing processes and insurance verification.
• Proficient in using AR management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Salary: Up to 65K per month.

Work Location: Egmore, Chennai.

Sat and Sun fixed week off.
