Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Accounts Receivable (AR) Caller based in Chennai, with flexibility for remote work. The Senior AR Caller will be responsible for reviewing denied or outstanding claims, contacting insurance companies for status updates, resolving billing issues, and ensuring timely claim submission. Additional responsibilities include following up on unpaid claims, analyzing denials to identify patterns, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure accurate billing practices.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR) and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
• Proficiency in claim analysis, insurance follow-up, and managing denied claims
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with insurance representatives and internal teams
• Experience with medical billing processes, coding, and compliance guidelines
• Analytical skills and attention to detail to identify trends and resolve discrepancies effectively
• Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a hybrid work environment
• Familiarity with AR calling tools, medical billing software, and technology platforms used in healthcare is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience in healthcare billing or AR calling
