This is a hybrid role. This model requires the ability to work in a hybrid mode from our office in Noida/Bengaluru (1 to 2 times/ week). Our office culture is designed to foster in-person innovation, collaboration, and connection with team members, local and visiting, from other global offices.
The Opportunity
An Application Development Module Lead - Web is tasked with the responsibility of handling
implementation and maintenance for clients. Their role involves collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth execution of web development projects and ensuring that the client requirements are met effectively. They are also responsible for ongoing maintenance to ensure the websites remain up-to-date, functional, and optimized, ensuring client satisfaction and overall project success.
Responsibilities
- An Application Developer Web is tasked with the responsibility of handling website implementation and maintenance for clients.
- Their role involves collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth execution of web development projects and ensuring that the client requirements are met effectively.
- They are also responsible for ongoing maintenance to ensure the websites remain up-to-date, functional, and optimized, ensuring client satisfaction and overall project success.
- knowledge and hands-on experience developing web applications with ASP.Net /C#/MVC knowledge and practical experience with HTML4+/HTML5, CSS/Less, Javascript/JQuery, Ajax, DOM and Xml web standards is essential.
- Have a working knowledge of the Visual Studio 2019+/Git/Azure DevOps development environment.
- Comprehends website implementation requirements and ensures their timely fulfillment. Handles numerous tasks simultaneously.
- Participation in client & requirement clarification calls Ensures the achievement of service standards in all activities, particularly website Configuration.
- Develops strategies for ongoing enhancement of team operations, pinpointing inefficiencies and implementing appropriate action plans.
- Participates in training sessions to enhance knowledge of organizational and industry-related subjects and trends.
- Collaborate with QA to debug and resolve Issues. Responsible to handoff artifacts post implementation.
- Contributing to website implementation best practices and process improvements.
- Peer Review - for tickets of mid to high Complexity
- Assist in Mentoring & Coaching.
- Implement Ideas of process automation.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of relevant experience working in configuration management or a related IT field.
- 4+ years of knowledge and hands-on experience developing web applications with ASP.Net /C#/MVC.
- 4+ years of knowledge and practical experience with HTML4+/HTML5, CSS/Less, Javascript/JQuery,Ajax, DOM and Xml web standards is essential.
- A bachelors degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is required for this role, and relevant industry certifications are often preferred.
- Exposure to at least 1 end to end Implementation lifecycle is an add on.
- Exhibits dedication as a team player and demonstrates both initiative and independence.
- Shows excellent time management abilities and adeptly handles multiple assignments.
