The Security Operations & Intelligence Center (SOIC) plays a critical role in safeguarding our people, operations, and assets by providing real-time insights into emerging threats and disruptions around the world.

We are seeking a motivated and analytical individual for our Sr. SOIC Analyst role. This role offers a unique opportunity to work within a dynamic global intelligence environment, where you will support incident monitoring, risk assessment, and alert creation for events that may impact Cardinal Health's global footprint.

Responsibilities/Competencies

• Knowledge of security systems, devices, and building automation systems in a corporate environment
• Knowledge and experience in SharePoint
• Experience with Office products (Excel, PPT, Word, etc.)
• Has the ability to apply knowledge and experiences to a rapidly changing environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or High School diploma preferred
• 2-4 years experience in related field preferred (Security/Security Solutions, Intelligence Analysis, Military, Law Enforcement, Corrections, Risk Management, Business Continuity, IT, etc.) or combination of professional experience and education

Accountabilities

Enterprise Alarm Monitoring and Response (25%)

• Enable support of global intrusion detection and quality assurance alarm response, investigation, escalation, and reporting for over 500 company locations

Enterprise Tier 1 Security Support (15%)

• Enable global support ofemergencyemployee offboarding, securityandsafety incidentinvestigations, and HR inquiriesviathe enterpriseaccess control system
• Facilitate global investigation support for security, safety, and HR incidents via enterprise video management system
• Provide support globally forsecurity oversightrequestsvia enterprise video management system

Monitoring ofLocalSafety and Security Management Systems(25%)

• Coordinate dispatch of local security officers to incident locations
• Enable monitoring ofcamerasandinvestigation assistance
• Organize audits ofaccesscontrolandcriticalalarms
• Facilitate monitoring and response to life safety, duress devices, and fire system alarms

Special Project Work (25%)

• Assist with special projects and analyses that support Global Security and business initiatives
• Analyze security incident data to forecast risk and develop security risk mitigation strategy recommendations
• Conduct travel risk management activities and coordination within APAC region as assigned

LocalSecurity Technology Support(10%)

• Assistwiththeprovisioningandde-provisioningoflocal badgeaccess
• Troubleshootssecuritysystemsoftwareissuesandescalatesasappropriate
• Performsecuritysystemdeviceaudits
