Job Purpose
The Senior Analyst - Order Management is responsible for end-to-end order processing, contract validation, and system execution across ERP and CRM platforms. This role ensures accurate order entry, compliance with contractual terms, and seamless coordination between Sales, Finance, and Operations. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in NetSuite, Salesforce, and contract review to support efficient revenue operations and customer satisfaction.
Core Responsibilities
Order Processing & Management
- Manage full lifecycle of customer orders from intake through fulfillment, invoicing, and closure
- Validate order completeness, pricing accuracy, and required approvals
- Ensure timely and accurate order entry into NetSuite
- Monitor order status and proactively resolve issues impacting delivery or billing
Contract Review & Compliance
- Review customer contracts to ensure orders align with agreed terms and conditions
- Interpret pricing structures, billing schedules, and service obligations
- Partner with Legal and Sales to resolve discrepancies or contract ambiguities
- Ensure adherence to company policies, revenue recognition standards, and audit requirements
- Systems & Data Management
- Maintain and leverage Salesforce CRM for order intake, pipeline visibility, and customer data accuracy
- Utilize NetSuite ERP for order processing, invoicing, and financial tracking
- Identify and implement process improvements within system workflows
- Support system testing, enhancements, and data integrity initiatives
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Sales, Finance, Accounting, and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth order execution
- Serve as a point of contact for order-related inquiries and escalations
- Support revenue operations and forecasting through accurate order data
- Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Identify trends or discrepancies and recommend corrective actions
- Lead or support process optimization initiatives to improve efficiency and accuracy
Required
Required experience and skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3–7+ years of experience in order management, revenue operations, or similar role
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP
- Experience working with Salesforce CRM
- Strong ability to review and interpret customer contracts
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills required, with the ability to manage and analyze operational data, perform calculations, create and maintain reports, use lookup functions (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP), PivotTables, and other common Excel tools to support day-to-day order management, reconciliation, and administrative activities.
- Business-level English proficiency (written and verbal) required.

- Experience in financial operations or accounting environments
- Knowledge of revenue recognition principles (e.g., ASC 606)
- Experience in process improvement or system implementations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
