Position : Sr Analyst – HR Operations & Shared Services Location: Viman Nagar, Pune Shift Time: 2PM/3PM - 11 PM/12 AM Employment Type: Full Time Required Exp : 12+ years
Role Summary Stratacent is looking for a strong HR Operations professional with 12+ years of hands-on experience in HR Operations & Shared Services, who will be responsible for leading end-to-end HR service delivery for a large, global workforce. This role drives operational excellence across the employee lifecycle, HRIS governance, shared services transformation and process automation. The incumbent acts as a strategic partner to HR leadership, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams while ensuring compliance, high service quality and superior employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead global HR Shared Services operations covering onboarding, employee lifecycle management, HRIS transactions, and offboarding
Act as the escalation point for complex employee lifecycle, payroll, compliance, and benefits-related issues
Serve as Process Owner and Subject Matter Expert for HRIS platforms including Workday, Zendesk, and other digital HR tools
Partner with HR Technology and IT teams to design, test, and deploy system enhancements and new functionalities
Oversee centralized onboarding, including background verification, documentation compliance, system provisioning, and induction programs
Manage end-to-end offboarding processes, including exit interviews, final settlement inputs, and statutory compliance
Coordinate with payroll, finance, IT, and security to ensure seamless employee transitions
Design and deliver HR dashboards, MIS reports, SLA performance metrics, and employee experience insights for senior leadership
Use HR analytics to forecast workloads, optimize resource planning, and identify operational inefficiencies
Conduct HR audits, data quality checks, and root-cause analysis to improve service reliability
Collaborate with global and regional HR teams, business leaders, finance, payroll, compliance, and IT
Manage third-party vendors for background verification, HR systems, and benefits administration
Act as the primary point of contact for shared services governance across Stratacent global
Must Have
Drive HRIS governance and implementation (Workday implementation (end-to-end, Zendesk)
Lead automation & digital initiatives (Power Automate, Copilot, chatbots)
Ensure data accuracy, compliance and reporting
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, IT, Payroll, Finance)
Strong hands-on experience with HR tools & automation
Good HR analytics & reporting skills
Strong problem-solving and process improvement mindset
MBA in Human Resource Management (preferred with Finance exposure)
Bachelor's degree in Commerce or equivalent
Certifications in HRBP, People Analytics
Exposure to AI-enabled HR tools and automation technologies is an advantage
