Define key performance metrics, build reports, dashboards and other scalable resources to derive insights into the health of the business.
Lead strategic analysis and deliver insights to support and progress key business decisions.
Partner with leadership to develop, implement and track business plans, including actionable recommendations.
Work across the broader product portfolio and Cloud GTM Strategy team to collaborate, learn and scale.
Build executive presentations, helping product leadership to craft the storyline and key messages
Interact with cross-functional groups at senior levels (e.g. Sales Strategy, Marketing, Finance, Business Operations, M&A, etc.) to drive execution.
Required Skills
6+ years at a high-growth tech company in a strategic sales/business operations role or at a top management consulting company with strong exposure to Go-To-Market/Product Strategy assignments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Highly proficient in Tableau, Excel / Google Sheets
Proficient SQL skills: Proficient in writing complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data
Ability to translate complex information into easily consumable insights.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment (sense of urgency, ability to adjust on the fly to unplanned situations).
Passion for data, and analysis; comfortable working with large data sets
Ability to perform complex data analyses including using SQL and build automated dashboards in Tableau and toolsets
Comfortable taking the initiative to develop solutions for unstructured problems and communicate the results to key internal customers
