Sr Analyst, Java Applications Support

What You'll Bring:

• University graduate with a degree in Computer Science or related technology disciplines.
• 5+ years experience on application support or application development.
• Proficiency in Windows, Unix, JavaScript and Shell script.
• Have Oracle and PostgreSQL database experience.
• Experience in software development in JAVA.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills in written and spoken English.
• Able to handle multiple tasks, self-motivated, reliable, intelligent, diligent, and possess good problem-solving skills.
• Mature, initiative, outgoing, and a good team player.
• 7x24 support operations (including holidays) and non-office hour customer communication.
• Remedy ticket management to meet HK SLA requirements.
• Report preparation to internal business users.

Impact You'll Make:

• Experience with Ms-Sql databases is an advantage. 
• Experience with Splunk is preferred. 
• Exposure to AWS / Azure cloud platforms is a plus. 
• Solid knowledge and know-how in supporting .NET Framework/Java, enterprise architecture, infrastructure, and operation management technology. 
• Understanding of Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD processes, tooling, and Docker technology. 
• Adaptable and proactive integrity, with a collaborative mindset.
