- Provide support on integration, maintenance, application upgrades, firmware updates, of access control system and video management system.
- Support the Genetec Migrations and New Implementation
- Assist with the procurement on identifying vendors for projects, filing requisitions and reviewing quotes
- Partner with BISO, Facilities, and IT on security design, planning and implementation of CCTV & ACS
- Attend project meetings pertaining to security integration
- Create programming Matrix and pass to L1
- Engage IT to create AD groups, add users to groups, install Genetec software on custodian devices, obtain switch ports, and IP addresses
- Partner with Server team on Streamvault installation, server patching, etc
- Partner with DBA team on SQL needs
- Partner with GNS for CCTV switch installs, troubleshooting, etc.
- Train local badge custodian on software usage
- Run import tool to link credentials to cardholders
- Quality check programming from L1
- Support vendor on days / nights of installation
- Monitor for problems with badge custodian the morning after a migration / installs
- Provide Support (troubleshoot, repair, engage vendors, etc)
- L1 Escalation Point
Minimum
- At least have Physical security role leading physical security programs and/or IT experience either in a call center setting or in a different industry
- A history of success in a global security role with a demonstrable impact on international operations.
- Deep understanding of global security concerns and the ability to navigate diverse regulatory environments.
- Exceptional ability to communicate effectively with a global team and a multinational clientele.
- Leadership experience in a multicultural and international context.
- Proficiency with technology and systems used in global security monitoring and incident management.
- Strong global strategic thinking, with an aptitude for analyzing international security trends and translating them into action.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is highly advantageous
- Demonstrates understanding of how security supports Foundever s strategy
- Call Center Experience of at least 10 months
