The Analystpartnersclosely with business units to gain in-depth insight into customer needs, services, and the overall business roadmap.This roleis one where resourcefulness,flexibility withdataapproachesand methodologies,tenacity,and collaboration across various organizational functions are critical requirements for success.One should becapable of processing/transforming raw information into manageableand digestibledata or generating data by listening to calls,reading chat logs, etc.,when needed.TheAnalyst isalsoexpected to proactively assess the program toidentifyprojects that enhance operations and finances.They are expected to focus on driving results across multiple areas(e.g.apply process improvement principles to streamline workflows, create/applysolutions foridentifiedrevenue opportunities, etc.).

Role and Key Responsibilities:

TheAnalyst, India Analytic Insights will oversee a small analyticteamand a will be a key owner of analytic projects that have a direct impact on improving the business. The incumbent will make an impact in small team settings, working with the project team to make data-driven recommendations to enhance call center metric performance. This position entails work within afast-pacedenvironment continuing to hone your analytic, process improvement, critical thinking, and managementexpertise.

Strategic Insight:

• Work in partnershipwithinternal and clientunits to gain a comprehensive understanding of their business strategies, processes, and services.
• Comprehendthe broader business environment in which the companyoperates, including industry trends, competitive landscape, and internal dynamics.
• Identifyopportunities that are crucial inovercomingbusiness challengesbased on impact and value.
• Leveragecollectedinsights,business environmentintelligence, and data measurement for solution feasibility.

Process Review and Improvement:

• Understand,mapand review assigned business processes from end-to-end.
• Identifyoperational, financial, and technological risks, and providequantifiedmitigation strategies.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement,encouraging the identification and exploration of innovative solutions.

AnalyticalProjectManagement/Participation:

• Scope and manage analytical projects, including timeline creation and documentation.
• Work togetherwith operationsand/orclientsto understand business problems and processes.
• Conduct data analysis and present actionableand quantifiablerecommendations.
• Implement and track the impact of recommendations to ensure value realization.

Communication and Relationship Management:

• Keep stakeholders informed through effective communication- manage clients'previousand current needs, align tasksto appropriate departments,showcaseprojectgains and victories, and adviseofprogress and potential showstoppers.
• Presentanalysis, findings, and other media to all levels of theorganizationincluding executives.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

• Utilizeexpertisein Information Systems to develop, setup,andmanagecoherent reports that contribute to the execution of action plans.
• Ensure data reliability and validity.
• Leverage datareportingto gain business insightand operationalized opportunitiesidentified, with the possibility of employing statistical analysis fortrend/insightvalidity.

TeamworkandAccountability:

• Ensureclients winbyinitiatingimprovements and owningthe business.
• Coordinateand contributewithteam members and peerstoimplement solutions.
• Holdsself-accountablebyfollowing throughonproposedinitiatives,implementation,and outcomes.

Call-Related Tasks:

• Listen to live and recorded calls to generate data and/or spot quantifiable improvement opportunities and glean business insights.
• Assess customer emotions and satisfaction levels through sentiment analysis.
• Identifyhindrances to issue resolutionand ensure process complianceis consistentoncustomer interactions.

Key skills & knowledge:

• Strong analytical skills and ability tousedescriptive statistics & predictive analyticsmethodstotranslate data intobusinessinsights.
• Ability to work in an environment where activities and deliverables are dependent on a diverse group of technical and business functional experts.
• Abilitytoadjustand adapttoconstantly changing business needs& priorities.
• Verifiable skill in followingthrough withproject/solutions implementation.Adept atleadingsolutions implementation fromidentification of opportunityanddeterminingbusiness case/potential value and ROItoresults/ROI follow-through.
• Excellent communicationandcollaborationskills,with particularfocus onpromotinganalysisand proposing solutions.
• Abilityto workquickly andefficientlywithout direction or supervision for extended periods.
• Advanced/expert skillsin the use of Microsoft Office applications.
• Demonstrated ability in creative problem solving and innovative solution development.
• Willing to align to a North American work schedule.
• Willingto work onsite fully.

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to Python, SQL, Databricks and similar applications.
• Familiarity with machine learning concepts and technologies.
• Experience using AI tools to create solutions.
• Knowledge ofSix Sigma or similar process improvement methodologies

Bachelor's degree
