Sr. Analyst - Financial Due Diligence

Responsibilities:

• Participate in buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory engagements.
• Analyzing in depth financial information (trial balances, income statements, balance sheets and cash flows).
• Preparation of data books in accordance with firm.
• Identification of key issues and carrying out the relevant financial analysis.
• Develop operational insights utilizing data & analytics in order analyze the drivers of profitability and evaluate key risks and opportunities of a company.
• Learning and deploying new-age technologies to enhance insights and efficiency on engagements (our tech stack includes Tableau, Dataiku, Alteryx).
• Writing sections of FDD report.
• Establishing strong working relationships with global clients.

Basic Qualifications:

• CA / MBA / PGDM in finance / accounting, with graduate degree in accounting.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent written / verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated with an exceptional work ethic, and a demonstrated ability and desire to work cooperatively with team members and client professionals • Strong analytical abilities
