Role Summary

The Senior D&T Analyst - Cyber Security, Identity is responsible for advancing automation and engineering capabilities across Identity & Access Management (IAM) and broader cybersecurity domains. The role focuses on designing, building, and integrating secure, scalable automation solutions that enhance identity governance, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen enterprise security across on-prem and cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

Identity & Access Management

• Manage and enhance Active Directory (AD DS) and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).

• Configure Conditional Access, RBAC, authentication policies, and application integrations.

• Automate Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) lifecycle processes using Python and PowerShell.

• Support identity federation protocols (SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect).

• Ensure compliance with identity governance and security standards.

Automation & Engineering

• Design and deliver automated IAM workflows and integrations.

• Develop Python-based scripts, APIs, and web applications (Flask, Django, FastAPI).

• Build Ansible playbooks and apply SDLC, CI/CD, and version control best practices.

• Leverage Docker/Kubernetes for scalable deployments.

• Integrate automation with ServiceNow, SOAR, SailPoint, CyberArk, and related tools.

• Mentor junior team members and conduct code reviews.

Operational Excellence & Collaboration

• Lead process improvements, technical discussions, and medium-scale automation projects.

• Review integration architectures and support IAM platforms and operations.

• Participate in incident response, root-cause analysis, and preventive automation.

• Maintain clear documentation and participate in on-call support as required.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.

• 8-10 years of IT experience, with 5+ years in Identity & Access Management.

• Strong hands-on experience with Python, PowerShell, Ansible, REST APIs, Git/GitHub, CI/CD, Azure Automation, and SDLC practices.

• Solid understanding of authentication, authorization, and federation protocols.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred:

• Experience with SailPoint, CyberArk, SMA, or SOAR platforms.

• Certifications such as SC-300, Security+, or CISSP Associate.

• Exposure to Terraform, Jenkins, Google Cloud Identity, or multi-cloud IAM environments.

• Basic networking and cybersecurity knowledge.
