Job Description

• Responsible for ecommerce promotion set upon Hybris (including but not limited toset up and testing ofaudience, products, and exclusions)

• Responsible for ecommerce promotion support on Hybris (Stocking, Parts & Supplies, Commercial product promotions, vendor product promotions)

• Responsible forcreating order form forStocking promotionvia Excel. This includes ensuring approved products and eligible customers are coded properlyas well as anyin-program updates

• Responsible for keeping up list of dealers not allowed toparticipatein promotions, in collaboration with National Accounts stakeholders

• Responsible for daily reporting of Parts & Supplies promotions qualifying orders

• May also supportthe Loyaltyprogram team with updates to SAP based on enrollment and unenrollment of dealers.

• May also support Energy Efficiency Specialistwithmarketing collateralupdatesas bandwidth allows

• Work with cross-functional teams at Lennox Corporate and other business partners to deliver ecommerce promotions on time

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Requires at least 1 - 3 years related experience.
• Requiressolidbusiness acumen andecommerce promotionsand best practices.
• Requires strong excel skills and attention to detail and accuracy
• Requires strong written and verbal communication skills.
