JOB PURPOSE
The role holder will work with the Growth and M&A team to drive M&A initiatives, manage ongoing projects, engage in stakeholder management and other strategic projects as per organizational priorities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead generation and evaluation of potential opportunities to grow organically and inorganically
- Benchmark business performance metrics against key competitors
- Financial modelling and valuation for M&A deals including identification of synergies
- Support end to end due diligence process across all functional areas
- Support team in overall deal cycle
- Maintain updated repository of industry and market trends
- Actively contribute in strategic decisions
- Coordinate between various stakeholders (both internal and external)
- Program management
- Partner with teams executing on the ground and/or monitor execution
Experience:
- 0-2 years experience, ideally of Consulting / Investment Banking / Research and Business Analysis function within corporate sector
- Experience within Healthcare sector is preferable
Qualification
- Business / Economic / Engineering Graduate from a Category-A Institution and with exceptional academic and professional track record
