We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Alignment Engineer to join our engineering team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in alignment engineering and will be responsible for developing strategies and solutions to ensure optimal alignment in various engineering projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement alignment strategies for various engineering projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of goals and objectives.
- Conduct thorough analysis and assessments of alignment issues and propose solutions.
- Utilize engineering software tools to model and simulate alignment scenarios.
- Prepare and present technical reports and findings to stakeholders.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers on alignment practices.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
- 8-13 years of experience in alignment engineering or a similar role.
- Proficiency in CAD software and alignment simulation tools.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and dynamics.
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving alignment issues in complex systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
