About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI/ML Engineer with 5+ years of hands-on production experience to join our team. This position is tailored for engineering professionals who have excelled within core AI/ML environments—such as AI product companies, specialized AI consulting firms, or dedicated enterprise AI Centers of Excellence.
In this role, you will bring an engineering mindset to design, develop, and deploy scalable, real-world solutions centered around Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), Document AI architectures, and seamless automation pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Model Development & Deployment: Design, build, and deploy production-grade, highly scalable AI/ML models optimized for intelligent document understanding, extraction, and classification.
- End-to-End Pipelines: Architect robust technical pipelines for document text extraction, metadata parsing, structural layout analysis, and validation rules.
- Document AI Integration: Implement and integrate sophisticated OCR and layout-aware transformation techniques (e.g., LayoutLMv3, Donut) to turn unstructured document text into rich, structured insights.
- LLM Orchestration: Construct context-aware, stateful Large Language Model applications utilizing modern multi-agent orchestration frameworks like LangGraph and LangChain.
- RPA Synergy: Collaborate with automation engineering teams to bridge AI/ML microservices seamlessly with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) workflows to drive end-to-end corporate automation.
- Performance Optimization: Optimize model speed, precision, recall, and scalability in high-concurrency production environments.
Mandatory Requirements (Strict Filters)
- Core AI/ML Company Experience: Candidates MUST have prior experience working exclusively with organizations that actively build, deploy, or productize AI/ML technologies as their core business function. Profiles from companies where AI/ML was merely incidental, isolated, or purely experimental will not be considered.
- Robotic Process Automation (RPA): Hands-on experience with enterprise RPA tools and platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or Power Automate) is MANDATORY. You must have designed, developed, or deployed RPA bots/workflows in production environments and integrated them with AI/ML pipelines.
