We are looking for a Senior AI Expert who is not just an AI professional but a thought leader with proven experience in building and scaling AI/GenAI solutions and consulting across India and global markets. This is a high-impact leadership role at the intersection of AI education, industry transformation, and consulting.
Key Responsibilities
- Thought Leadership & Strategy
- Drive the AI and Generative AI strategy for the School of AI.
- Represent the School of AI at global forums, industry panels, and academic institutions.
- Author whitepapers, articles, and thought leadership content on AI/GenAI adoption.
- Consulting & Advisory
- Lead AI consulting engagements with corporates, governments, and institutions in India and abroad.
- Design and implement GenAI-powered workflow automation and business transformation projects.
- Build reusable AI/GenAI frameworks, playbooks, and toolkits for clients.
- Program & Curriculum Development and Delivery
- Co-create and deliver world-class AI skilling and upskilling programs for corporates, graduates, and entrepreneurs.
- Mentor faculty, facilitators, and learners in applied AI projects.
- Introduce AI-first solutions into Regenesys corporate and institutional programs.
- Business Impact & Growth
- Partner with CXOs, CHROs, CIOs to close AI consulting mandates.
- Support leadership in expanding School of AI offerings across India, Africa, and global markets.
- Contribute to new product development in AISkilling, automation and consulting.
Requirements
- Experience:
- 1015 years of proven experience in Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and Machine Learning.
- Demonstrated track record in AI consulting projects with corporates, governments, or global clients.
- Experience in India and international markets (mandatory).
- Expertise:
- Strong hands-on knowledge of GenAI, LLMs, AI agents, NLP, Computer Vision, and workflow orchestration.
- Ability to design enterprise-scale AI adoption roadmaps.
- Deep understanding of AI's impact across industries such as BFSI, Healthcare, Education, Manufacturing, and IT.
- Leadership & Influence:
- Recognized AI thought leader with speaking engagements, publications, or patents.
- Ability to mentor, coach, and influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with passion for AI transformation and future of work.
