We are looking for a passionate and innovative Senior AI Executive to support the implementation of Artificial Intelligence solutions across various business functions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Generative AI, AI automation, Prompt Engineering, and Python, along with the ability to understand business processes and develop practical AI-driven solutions that improve productivity and operational efficiency.

As an Senior AI Executive, you will collaborate with multiple departments, including HR, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Customer Support, and Technology, to identify automation opportunities and implement AI-powered solutions.

• Assist in implementing AI solutions to improve business processes across different departments. 
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Build AI-driven workflows for HR, Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, Finance, and Operations teams.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand business requirements and provide AI-based solutions.
• Drive AI adoption and digital transformation initiatives within the company.

• Develop and implement Generative AI and LLM-based solutions.
• Build AI-powered chatbots, automation systems, and internal AI assistants.
• Create intelligent workflows using Prompt Engineering and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Integrate OpenAI APIs, LangChain, Hugging Face, and other AI technologies into business systems.
• Fine-tune AI models for company-specific use cases and business processes.

• Integrate AI tools with CRM systems, HRMS, internal dashboards, websites, and business applications.
• Develop AI-based reporting and analytics systems for better decision-making.
• Automate data handling, reporting, customer communication, and operational tasks.
• Monitor AI model performance and continuously improve scalability and accuracy.
• Ensure seamless AI implementation across departments and workflows.

• Analyse large datasets and derive actionable business insights.
• Research emerging AI technologies, tools, and industry trends.
• Recommend innovative AI solutions to improve productivity and business performance.
• Support management with AI-driven strategies and automation planning.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning concepts.
• Proficiency in Python programming language.
• Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras, or similar frameworks.
• Knowledge of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Prompt Engineering.
• Experience with OpenAI APIs, LangChain, Hugging Face, vector databases, and RAG architecture.
• Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques.
• Familiarity with SQL, databases, and data analytics tools.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with API integration, Docker, Kubernetes, or MLOps tools is preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Note: Candidates must use their own laptop and have a good internet connection for this job. The laptop should work properly for daily office tasks and online meetings. The company will not provide a laptop.
