Job Description:
Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI Engineer to join our growing team at Fulcrum Digital. As an AI Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing AI solutions that drive business value for our clients. You will work on a variety of projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative AI-driven applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Algorithm Development:
- Design, implement, and optimize machine learning algorithms to address business challenges.
- Work on data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training/validation.
Model Deployment:
- Deploy machine learning models into production environments, ensuring scalability and reliability.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams for seamless integration of AI solutions into existing systems.
Data Analysis:
- Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover insights and patterns in large datasets.
- Work closely with data scientists to understand project requirements and goals.
Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, data scientists, and product managers, to deliver integrated solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance code quality.
Continuous Learning:
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in AI and machine learning technologies.
- Actively contribute to the company's knowledge base through sharing best practices and conducting internal training sessions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in developing and deploying machine learning models in real-world applications.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Strong understanding of deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and traditional machine learning algorithms.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision.
- Knowledge of big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
