As a Forward Deployment Engineer, you will operate at the intersection of software engineering, cloud architecture, and artificial intelligence. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between our core AI product development and real-world client implementation. This is a high-impact, technical role requiring a digital-first mindset to deploy autonomous agents and AI innovation labs across diverse enterprise environments.
What you will work on
- AI Integration & Deployment: Design and deploy production-ready AI solutions using Anthropic Claude, integrating them into existing enterprise workflows.
- Full-Stack Development: Build robust connectors, APIs, and middleware using Python (for AI/ML logic) and ASP.NET Core (for enterprise-grade backend services).
- Multi-Cloud Architecture: Architect and manage deployments across Azure Foundry, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and AWS, ensuring high availability and SOC2/SOX compliance.
- Client Collaboration: Work directly with stakeholders to conduct technical assessments, define roadmaps, and lead the hands-on execution of AI agent deployments.
- Technical Governance: Ensure all deployments adhere to strict cybersecurity governance, identity management (Okta), and GRC standards.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, DevOps, or solutions architecture.
- Expert-level Python (FastAPI, Flask, or LangChain).
- Strong proficiency in ASP.NET / C# for enterprise application development.
- Hands-on experience with Azure (Foundry/AI Services) and GCP (Vertex AI/App Engine).
- Experience building and scaling Claude-based agents and LLM implementations.
- Experience with Fabric Data Agents or similar data orchestration tools.
- Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Solid understanding of technical infrastructure security, including identity management and compliance frameworks (SOC2/SOX).
- The Architect Mindset: Ability to see the big picture of a digital transformation strategy while remaining willing to dive into the code.
- Comfortable navigating the transition from legacy infrastructure to autonomous, AI-driven environments.
- Business level English, both written and verbal.
