Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled AEM DevOps Engineer to manage, optimize, and scale Adobe Experience Manager environments. The role focuses on infrastructure management, CI/CD automation, cloud deployment, and ensuring high availability and security of AEM platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- AEM Infrastructure Management:
- Design, deploy, and maintain scalable AEM environments (Author, Publish, Dispatcher) across Dev, QA, and Prod.
- CI/CD & Automation:
- Build and manage pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or AEM Cloud Manager to enable faster deployments.
- Monitoring & Performance:
- Implement monitoring/logging (e.g., New Relic, Nagios) and optimize system performance.
- Cloud & Containerization:
- Deploy AEM on AWS/Azure using Docker & Kubernetes.
- Security & Compliance:
- Implement RBAC, SSL, dispatcher security, and vulnerability management.
- Collaboration:
- Work with developers, QA, and infra teams for seamless delivery and troubleshooting.
- Backup & DR:
- Design disaster recovery and backup strategies.
- DevOps Practices:
- Drive automation, agile workflows, and continuous improvement.
Mandatory Skills (Must Have)
- 3+ years experience in DevOps with AEM (6.5+)
- Strong knowledge of:
- AEM Architecture (Author/Publish/Dispatcher)
- CI/CD tools (Jenkins / GitLab / Cloud Manager)
- Cloud platforms: AWS / Azure
- Docker & Kubernetes
- Scripting: Bash / PowerShell
- Monitoring tools: New Relic / Nagios
- Networking, Load Balancing & Security basics
- Agile & DevOps working model
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- AEM as a Cloud Service experience
- Adobe Marketing Cloud (Analytics, Target, Campaign)
- Cloud Certifications (AWS / Azure DevOps)
- Advanced Dispatcher Configuration & Performance Tuning
