Sr Advanced System Engineer
You will report directly to our Engineering Manager, and you'll work out of our Bangalore location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the development and implementation of innovative solutions that drive operational excellence and enhance the efficiency of our engine and power systems.

Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and manage system requirements for power systems products like Generator Controller Unit, Starter Controller Unit and Engine Controller, APU Controller Unit.
- Design and implement control systems in matlab/Simulink Models, ensuring effective hardware and software integration.
- Apply knowledge of ARP4754, DO-178, and DO-160 standards in the certification process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Optional: Contribute to electric drive control projects as needed.
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as electrical engineering, or electronics engineering.
- Expertise in system requirements and control systems.
- Strong background in hardware and software integration.
- Familiarity with certification processes and relevant standards (ARP4754, DO-178, DO-160).
- Good understanding of control systems principles.
- Experience with MATLAB and Simulink modeling is a plus.
- Knowledge of Model-Based System Engineering practices is a plus.
- Experience in electric drive control is an optional skill.
