Sr Advanced Project Engineer

Key Deliverables:

• Lead EPIC programs across IFS COE, ensuring cost, schedule, and quality goals.
• Manage global teams and stakeholders through robust project tracking and communication plans.
• Drive adoption of automation, Agile, and Lean practices to reduce cost and cycle time.
• Deliver measurable outcomes aligned with IFS execution and SDP A3 initiatives.

Role Responsibilities:

• Execute and track program performance from planning to delivery.
• Create and manage Integrated Master Schedules using Microsoft Project.
• Lead avionics product development with focus on continuous improvement.
• Report risks and escalate issues as per program governance.
