Sr Advanced Hardware Engr

Role Responsibilities:

1. Lead hardware test design and troubleshooting for MAU Avionics and Control Systems.
2. Coordinate cross-functional testing activities and drive technical risk mitigation.
3. Support global test practices across multiple sites and ensure product reliability.
4. Serve as technical spokesperson with internal and external stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

1. 8+ years of experience in test and measurement; BE in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation.
2. Hands-on expertise in product-level electrical and control systems testing.
3. Strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
4. Experience with HASS/HALT, root cause analysis, and multi-site coordination.
