Role Responsibilities:

1. Develop test architecture and reusable component libraries for avionics systems.
2. Lead root cause analysis and resolve factory-related test issues.
3. Act as technical liaison between product development and test engineering teams.
4. Mentor team members on advanced test methodologies and tools.

Job Requirements:

1. 10+ years of experience with a degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
2. Expertise in ATE systems, test station architecture, and interface hardware design.
3. Proficient in C, C++, Python, and LabVIEW/LabWindows CVI.
4. Strong hands-on experience with test instruments and circuit simulation tools.
